Our aim is to offer our PhD students ideal conditions to continue with their PhD projects and to pursue their careers. We have implemented several programmes to make it as easy as possible for our students to fully concentrate on their work. In particular, international students, pregnant PhD students and PhD students with children need special attention and support. We offer practical help, financial support and social programmes which enhance the integration of international students. Furthermore we grant postdoctoral scholarships to graduates who need to bridge a period of 3-6 months between the finalization of PhD studies and the start of a postdoctoral position.
