Help Desk
Do you have any questions or problems concerning kiz services? The Help Desk is the first point of contact (1st level support). Problems that cannot be resolved promptly will be forwarded to the 2nd level support, where a more specialized member of staff will take over.

If you are calling from off campus and need operator assistance to place a call to an on-campus extension number, please call:

For operator assistance on campus, please dial the appropriate operator extension number:
- 99 (University operator)
- 88 (University Clinic operator)
- 77 (Hochschule Ulm / University of Applied Sciences operator)
To find an on-campus extension number, use the following e-mail address and telephone directories at the University website:

The University operator cannot transfer your call to a University Clinic extension number. The University Clinic operator can be reached at:

For technical reasons, at the present time, on-campus callers who dial the extension number "99" (University operator) will hear a standard telephone ring instead of a busy signal when the other lines are busy.
