What we supply
Our shop offers a wide variety of computer products. Just ask us! We will quickly clarify whether we can supply the desired product, and if so, on what terms. However, we only keep popular items, like toner and toner cartridges for the most common printer models, on stock. Due to bulk buying and purchasing agreements with our suppliers, we can, in most cases, offer products at a lower price than a single purchase through a University department. In addition, provided that the product is on stock, there is no waiting period for delivery. Our range of products include:
- lasertoner cartridges (b/w and color)
- ink cartridges (inkjet)
- printer paper
- blank CD-ROMs and DVDs
- peripheral input devices (keyboards and mice)
- small devices (hubs)
At the shop, you can also pick up printouts from the shared poster printer and the high-performance color laser printers. There is a variety of
equipment for loan as well. An up-to-date list of available educational software will be provided upon request.
Placing an order and payment methods
We request that you contact us preferably by phone or in person, so that we may immediately clarify any questions that may arise. If you wish to order an ink or laser toner cartridge, it is very important that you give us the exact make and model of your printer; without this information, we cannot ensure the delivery of the correct item. Please include the cost center number if the fee is to be charged to your department. Those University members that pay the fee themselves must pay with their University chip card. We neither accept payment on account or in cash nor allow the sale of products to a non-University third party.

Used equipment for sale
Of and on, kiz discards older yet functional equipment that is no longer needed. This equipment is available to other University departments or can be bought for private use.
Notebooks
In cooperation with kiz,
Bertram (Aachen) offers notebooks at a discount to University of Ulm students and (academic) staff. Please note that all sales contracts are with the respective partner company and not with kiz. This company is solely responsible for the entire sales process.
