Terminal Devices
The project "conversion of the telecommunication system" ended in November 2007. In the course of this conversion all old telephones were replaced by new telephones. Since a certain reserve stock was included when purchasing the new phones requests for additional devices (such as a second telephone) could be served from the stock. Since the stock is exhausted additional devices and devices with special equipement have to be charged. This also applies for the replacement of damaged telephones.
For each employee the devices 4029 or. IP 4028 (for IP-Infrastructure) are provided for free as a basic service. The devices 4039 / IP 4038 (for IP Infrastructure) are a basic service for the personal sercretary equipement. Additional telephone devices especially the DECT telephones have to be charged.
For damaged telephones which definitely do not have any guarantee either the replacment price (if replacement is possible) or the original price is charged.
