During a video conference (vc) modern communication technologies are used to  meet distant partners virtually. After a certain period of getting accustomed a natural feeling of communcation appears. Most meeting activities are proceeded as if all participants would be located in room. However the participants can be scattered all over the world at many different locations. Provided that the partners do have an adequate internet connection modern presentation methods can be included.

Advantages

• Saving of time: So far the expenditure of time for the journey (including tits organisation) was ususally higher than the actual time of the meeting.
• Group of participants: More people can participate at the meeting even specialists if there is no need to travel anymore.
• Turnus: For the first time regular meetings within shorter intervals are possible even within scattered projects. Even prompt short meetings are worthwhile.
• New opportunities: Without these modern communication technologies some of the above mentioned applications wouldn't be practicable.
