Direct Order Service (Guests)
If you do not have a library ID and are interested in ordering copies of articles from our holdings, we offer a Direct Order Service for guest library users. Orders are processed within 24 hours.
You may choose from the following delivery options (copright restrictions may apply): by mail, PDF file, or fax. The charge is 6,00 EUR per article (up to 20 pages). For each additional page, the charge is 0,20 EUR.
There is a 50 percent surcharge for commercial customers (e.g. corporations and self-employed individuals).
