Express Delivery Service Article Request
University of Ulm students, faculty, and staff - public patrons upon request, commercial customers are excluded - may use this quick, fee-based service to order articles (as paper copies) from journals.

Hints
This service offers faster document delivery than traditional interlibrary loan.
Delivery methods: internal mail, standard mail, fax, or pick up at a library location.
For copyright reasons, articles that are only available online cannot be ordered through this service. We suggest that you try
interlibrary loan.
A new
copyright law came into effect on January 1, 2008. Based on subito's current document delivery terms, we are able to offer our users the following delivery options:

If you have requested copy delivery by standard mail, there will be an additional delivery charge of 1,50 EUR per envelope.
A delay in delivery may occur if the supplying library is legally obligated to send your order to kiz by mail and not, as is usually the case, by e-mail. If submitted information is incorrect or incomplete, this may also cause a delay in the completion of requests. We try our best to keep such delivery delays to a minimum.
Express Delivery Service Book Request

Hints
The book will be delivered directly to kiz, where you pick it up in the Central Library or in the branch libraries. All loans must be returned to the supplying library at the users' own expense.

The delivery times and prices for partial copies of books are similar to those described in

Sometimes delays cannot be avoided, especially if the book is already out on loan or if mail delivery takes longer than expected. We try our best to keep delivery delays to a minimum.
