Photocopy Service
Our staff will make photocopies of articles from our journal holdings for registered library users with a valid library ID. The charge is 0,10 EUR per page.
Making requests
Please submit your request over the Internet via our
online catalog. You also have access to the catalog from any library computer workstation. In order for us to differentiate between a DDS order (PDF file available for download from a kiz server) and a photocopy request, please write "paper copy" in the comment field provided.
Express processing is available for a higher fee: the charge is 4,00 EUR per article (up to 20 pages). Please make sure that you write "express" in the comment field provided.
Requests will be accepted by phone, fax, e-mail, or in person under exceptional circumstances (in this case, the charge will be 5,00 EUR per article):

Information and Reference or at another library location. Only University members and public patrons may use this service.
There is a 50 percent surcharge for commercial customers (e.g. corporations and self-employed individuals).
