Kiz's service point University Publications oversees the deposit of doctoral dissertations at the Library and can assist you in publishing documents on the Ulmer Volltextserver (VTS).
Open Access Publishing
Scholarly publishing plays an important part in academia. Kiz, as an active promoter of open access and operator of the Ulmer Volltextserver (institutional repository of the University of Ulm), will guide you through the publishing process.
Citation Analysis
Citation analysis is a method for measuring research quality, enabling you to determine how frequently a particular author has been cited in articles or to compare and evalutate journals based on citation counts. New Database: Web of Science
Kiz has recently purchased a subscription to the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI), which covers 1945 - present and complements the existing Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) with titles from the years 1956 - present. Access to these sections is via
DBIS.
