Responsibilities

• Planning the medial equipment of lecture rooms, seminar rooms, media trolleys ...
• Support, instruction, help with problems within the working business
• Maintenance of beamer: changing of filter and light bulbs
• Repairing of media equipemnt:
  Beamer, video recorder, DVD player, central components of video technology, audio equipment

Notice

The services are provided for devices

• which are permanently installed in the lecture rooms or seminar rooms of the university. The reservation of lecture rooms and seminar rooms has to be centrally managed  by the university.
• which serve the teaching.
• where the kiz has at least played an advisory part in purchasing/installing the devices.

If possible the occurring work is carried out by the kiz. If this isn't possible an external company is assigned to do the repair work.
