Video / Audio

For members of the University of Ulm the kiz offers the possibility to produce and edit videos:

  • Video recording
    Recording of lectures, events etc. Possible recording media are VHS, S-VHS, DVD, miniDV tape, DVCAM tape.
  • Video editing
    Adding of titles or subtitles, front or end credits, adding single scenes, adding single pictures from presentations etc. The cutting rooms can be reserved for own usage.
  • Video transmission
    Transmission of an event (e.g. from a lecture room, a lab, an operating room into another room)
  • VideoDVD creation (Authoring)
    Menue structure for direct selection of individual scenes (selection of chapters), bonus material (single photos as a photo show), compressing videos and burning the material on DVD-Master.
  • Video copying
    Creation of copies on all kinds of media e.g. from video tapes onto DVDs.

CD / DVD

As part of the CD/DVD burning and copy service copies from a "Master CD/DVD" can be produced e.g. for teaching and course material, e-publishing of thesis and doctoral thesis etc.

We offer you

  • Burning and producing replicats of CDs/DVDs including label printing
  • Packing of the CDs/DVDs in paper bags/envelopes

After consulting CD copy maschine of the kiz is accessable and available to all users.

Furthermore the Öffnet einen internen Link im aktuellen FensterPC Pool 8 is equiped with CD burners
