Printing via the fixed line network (LAN)

To be able to print from your computer or notebook via a fixed line network on one of the central printer of the kiz - regardless of the operating system - you need to apply for a print authorization for the computer in question. This is necessary to correctly charge the accruing costs.

For filling out the application forms you need a registered name and the IP address of the computer, the cost centre and the signature of the head of department. There has to be made a seperate application for each computer which is supposed to be able to print this way.

Note: There is no application required for printing via wireless lan, VPN as well as via the UNIX server and the computer labs (Pools).
