Information and Reference

The staff members of the team are responsible for all questions related to information enquiry, the acquisition of literature and library usage. Advise is given at the reference desk in the library, via telephone, webform, e-mail and fax. There are regularly held courses by the reference librarians. Another responsibilty of the staff members is to handle parts of the library order and delivery services (own holdings, national and international interloan, express delivery service).
Within the successive concept of the reference service of the two teams information and helpdesk the staff members of the 
Specialised Information Team deal with specific subject related requests.
