Various courses are coordinated by the team which are organised for all members of the University of Ulm. These courses not only include introductory courses for the most popular products such as office software (MS Office, StarOffice) or internet services and web publishing but also introductions for database research, operating systems, programming languages and application programs (e.g. Matlab).
The wide range of topics makes clear that members from other departments and teams have an active part in teaching courses. The team is responsible for inhouse courses for staff members of the kiz e.g. courses for the usage of special programs. In addition the team is responsible for five IT Specialist apprentices.
