Our paper "Decision Graph Embedding for High-Resolution Manometry Diagnosis" authored by J. Kreiser, A. Hann, E. Zizer, and T. Ropinski got accepted at IEEE VIS 2017.

The authors present a visualization for manometry data to alleviate the medical diagnosis of different esophageal motility disorders. High-resolution manometry measures spatio-temporal pressure data inside the esophagus during the act of swallowing.

Our system abstracts individual swallows and embeds them in a visual decision graph. Different metrics can directly be perceived and evaluated.

The conference will trake place from 1. - 6. October in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
