Research Grant for Joint Project on Intra Logistics

Ulm University

The federal state of Baden-Württemberg and the Structural Fund of the European Union (EFRE) financially support the joint research project  „Intra Logistics“ for a period of 3 years with 1.45 million Euros in total. The grants were handed over by Theresia Bauer -- Minister of Science -- on March 2nd, 2017. Partners in this joint project are the University of Applied Sciences Reutlingen, the University of Applied Sciences Ulm, and Ulm University. The latter participates with its Institute for Databases and Information Systems (DBIS), which is headed by Prof. Manfred Reichert. In the project, DBIS will develop innovative tools enabling a flexible IT support for intra logistics processes.
