Institute of Media Informatics
The research carried out by the institute of media informatics aims at optimising the design of the dialog between human and computer. To this end, we study mobile and distributed interaction scenarios as well as interactive visualization and algorithms of computer graphics. Our research results are adopted by consummer electronics, driver assistance systems, and data visualisations of the archaeological or medical field.
The teaching activities cover main areas of human computer interaction, visualisation, and computer graphics. In addition, we offer basic lectures adapted to the degree programm of media informatics.
The research is carried out in three research groups:
AutomotiveUI 2016: Drei Beiträge akzeptiert
Paper accepted at EG VCBM 2016
Talk by Bernhard Preim (Uni Magdeburg)
Ubicom 2016: Three demos accepted
