Accident insurance
As a student in Germany you have an accident insurance coverage at your university and on the way from your home to university and back. Normally you also have an accident insurance when you are working during the semester, in the semester break or during your lab courses. These contributions are paid by your employer.
Liability insurance
Beside the health insurance we recommend buying a liability insurance. It covers compensations in case of any damages you caused accidentally.
