Student Residences

The Studentenwerk Ulm lease rooms at several residential homes in Ulm and Neu-Ulm. Rooms are usually leased for one semester minimum (6 months). From the residential homes usually exist bus connections to all Universities and to the city centre. The best time to submit the application is around 3 months before your intended arrival. Move in your leased room is only possible from Monday - Friday. If you arrive Friday afternoon, saturday or sunday you have to wait until monday morning. The rooms of the student residences are often inhabidet until the last day of the contract period. Therefore often you can move in at least on your first contract day. Possibilities to bypass these times you can find here.
