Student Residences
There are several student residences in Ulm and Neu-Ulm run by Studentenwerk Ulm and other organizations. Rooms must always be rented for at least one whole semester (6 months). There are bus connections from all student residences to the university and to the city centre.

All student residences have washing machines which are often located in the cellar. With conclusion of the leasing contract you need to pay a deposit of 300,00 €. Students leasing a dorm room for less than 12 months (short-term lease) pay a higher monthly rent than those students staying a full year.
