On February 1st, 2008, within the context of the Dies Academicus, the Kooperationspreis Wissenschaft - Wirtschaft (Award of the Prize for Cooperation of Science and Commerce) was granted in equal shares to Prof. Volker Schmidt and Dr. Rainer Michalzik. Prof. Schmidt is thereby awarded for his longtime cooperation with France Télécom, Paris. Here are some selected photos.
