The Institute of Technology and Process Management offers the lectures Technology and Innovation Management and a repeat of Process Management 1 in summer 2009.
Process Management is part of customer orientated corporate management. It contains strategy matching modeling, controlling and development of business processes with the aim to achieve improvements concerning customer satisfaction, quality, time and cost.
Technology is fundamental to every product-based business in reducing costs, differentiating products, providing new opportunities and driving strategic change. Yet many companies fail to understand the value of technology management in providing sustained growth and competitiveness.
