Doctoral Studies

General Information

§ 38 (5) Law on Higher Education of the Land of Baden-Wuerttemberg (LHG):
If a person is working on her or his doctorate thesis he or she can be enrolled as a student for the amount of semesters which is defined in the relevant regulations for doctoral studies.

As a doctoral student you decide wether you want to be enrolled as a student or not. Any employment that you might have as a doctoral student is irrelevant for the enrolment process.

Application and Enrolment

please apply for admission, if you have not concluded your studies at Ulm University.

please apply for enrolment, if you have concluded your previous studies at Ulm University.

Fees
