Student Advisory Services
Central Student Advisory Services
Central Student Advisory Services (ZSB) is generally the first point of contact in academic matters. The ZSB can help you in system-compatible formulation and structuring of your concern, with collecting necessary pieces of information and with personal evaluation and implementation of all the aspects important to you. If necessary, the ZSB will refer you to other contact persons responsible for your needs.
Key Academic Advising
Key Academic Advising is responsible for addressing predominantly subject-specific questions. Key Academic Advising and Central Student Advisory Services complement each other and work closely together.
The Counselling Centre is open to all University of Ulm students. Counselling is free of charge and is strictly confidential. The PBS offers students support in solving personal and academic problems and in crisis situations.
In addition to the option of individual counselling sessions, a course programme is also offered.
