Fee Refunds
Please note: Tuition and administration fees will be refunded to you account if one of the following reasons is given. The fees will be transferred to the known account. You do not have to fill in any forms. A form is necessary however if you wish a refund of the student union fee (link to the form to the right).
Administration fees in the amount of 60.00 euros will be refunded in the following cases:
- University withdrawal with immediate effect within a month of lecture commencement
Fees for constituted student body in the amount of 19.00 euros will be refunded in the following cases:
- University withdrawal with immediate effect within a month of lecture commencement
Student union fees in the amount of 63.50 euros will be refunded in the following cases:
- University withdrawal before semester commencement plus two weeks, deadline for your application is the end of the first month in each semester (31.10. or 30.04.)
- Admission and enrolment at another university within the first month of the semester, deadline for your application is the end of the second month in each semester (30.11. or 31.05.)
Late fees in the amount of 20.00 euros will not be refunded.
