In this talk, we present iCare, a semantic application enabling an intelligent integration, analysis, and delivery of personalized medical information. The main goal of iCare is to intelligently deliver medical information (e.g., patient records, medical orders, laboratory reports, medical guidelines) to medical staff during their daily ward round.
