Submission guidelines

You can submit proposals for either a paper or a poster. Paper and poster presentations will be organized in sessions around common themes with plenty of time for discussions.

To contribute a paper or poster, please fill out our submission form and send your proposal in either DOC or PDF format by the 22nd of April, 2010 at the latest. Paper/poster submissions will be reviewed by a committee of SIG members. You will receive a notification of acceptance until the end of may 2010.

Paper/poster submissions should include the following information:

• Title of the presentation
• Name(s), affiliation(s), address, and email address of the author(s)
• Preference for a paper or poster presentation
• Abstract of 150 words
• A proposal of maximally 3 pages

Accepted proposals will be printed in a conference booklet. Moreover we plan to organize special issues where several outstanding submissions will be invited to participate. In addition we again will have a best student paper award.
