The ongoing advancement in graphics hardware and graphics algorithms allows for highly realistic images to be computed in real-time by using clever pre-computation techniques. This practical course explores some recent developments starting
with the implementation of Precomputed Radiance Transfer (PRT) in the diffuse case and extending it to glossy and sub-surface scattering. It will use OpenGL and C++ as development environment and each participant will develop a self contained real-time application.
