Arrival Days

It is not possible to move into your room before the designated "Arrival Days", because the International Office has to make a number of arrangements for a big group of students (obtaining keys for student residence rooms, appointing tutors, etc.) Students who arrive earlier have to stay at a hotel or at the youth hostel at their own expense.

Orientation Period

The orientation period always starts with a placement test for the intensive German language course. Students wishing to participate in this course must arrive in time for the placement test.

Late Arrivals

Students who do not participate in the orientation / intensive language course, may arrive late.
