Application
Deadlines:
- Application deadline for summer term: November 15th
- Application deadline for winter term: May 15th
Entry Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree:
- final mark: 2.5 or better.
- If Bachelor degree has not been granted yet: Average of Examination results: 2.7 or better (date of application)
- The equivalence of foreign grades will be checked by the Studies Office of the Medical Faculty Ulm
- Possible course of studies:
- Biomedical Science, Molecular Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Molecular Life Science, Human Biology, Biochemistry, etc. The equivalence of course of studies decides the Master Commission.
- English proof:
- good results in a standardized test (TOEFL:minimum 570 paper based, 230 computer based, 88 internet-based)
- English courses at University with altogether at least 4 ECTS points
- a whole study programme in English
Selection Process
- Applicants who fulfill the entry requirements will be invited to a Test proceeded at Ulm University.
- The most appropriate applicants due to the test result will be invited to Personal Interview.
The test/interview for winter term 2013/2014 will take place on July 16th and 17th 2013.
- Aplicants must appear personnally.
- The test will include the key subjects of Molecular Medicine: Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology/Toxicology, Human Genetics, Virology and Biochemistry. For the content of the subjects please have a look the module guide of the Bachelor programme.
Additional information:
- Successful candidates will have to take charge of visa procedures by themselves.
- Travel costs for the test and interviews will not be covered by the University of Ulm or the Faculty of Medicine.
