Welcome

It is our pleasure to invite you to the
17th International Symposium on Computational Biomechanics in Ulm
to be held on
July 25 - 26, 2011
During the last 16 years this event (formerly known as Workshop on the Finite Element Method in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanics, and Related Fields) has emerged as an excellent forum for exchanging knowledge and experience in different fields of research. The symposium will cover all aspects on computational methods (especially the Finite Element Method) applied to Biomechanics, Biomedical Engineering and Biomedicine.
In particular, young scientists will be given the opportunity to present and discuss their research results in an open scientific environment.
We cordially invite you to Ulm and would be pleased to welcome you as a lecturer or participant.
Yours Sincerely,
Martin Geiger
Bernd Lapatki
Jürgen Salk
Ulrich Simon
Hans-Joachim Wilke
