The Journal Club
Experimental Ecology Journal Club
The Journal Club is held every Tuesday at 16:00 (st) in our seminar room (SemiNahrungsraum) in M25/5. We discuss three kinds of topics: (1) 'Making of' - the author of a paper is present and tells us all about the science and catastrophes or successes behind it, (2) 'Hot topics' - emerging recent topics in ecology of broad interest and importance, and (3) 'How to & why' - methods and reviews, where we learn all about a certain method or the state of the art in a field of research. Important: Intro talks no more than 10 min, total club time no more than 60 min.
