Research

Our lab focusses on cellular biophysics. In particular, we are interested in the mechanism of cellular mechanosensing and the effect of the mechanics of the environment on cell fate. To this end, we characterize and manipulate cell properties with biophysical techniques like live-cell atomic foce spectroscopy, microrheology and flow chamber studies.
