a) Oral presentations:

Total allotted time per presentation is 35 minutes. Speakers should allow for an approximately 10 minutes discussion.

b) Technical Support:

The standard presentation is supposed to be PC-supported. Thus, to minimize technical problems, please, bring your own notebook.
Additionally, overhead projectors for transparencies will be provided.
If you need any additional technical support, please don't hesitate to contact us.

To make the Poster presentation most effective, all Posters can be on display during the whole symposium. Thus, please mount your Poster as early as possible.
For odd-numbered posters, presence of the author(s) during the Poster session will be expected on Sunday, for even-numbered Posters on Tuesday.
For each Poster a panel being 1.20 m wide and 1.18 m high will be provided. Within this size, authors are free to create their Poster format.
When preparing and editing posters, please make sure that a clear message is communicated and that all lettering is legible from a distance of about 2 m.
