User Defined Format
After clicking the  icon in the window with the
display of a single document an extra window will
be opened.The display fields in the upper box can be transferred in appropriate
order to the lower box by clicking the  icon. After
clicking the OK icon the display of single documents is rearranged
according to the new format.
The clicking of the  icon enables the user to switch
back quickly to the default format without modifying the user defined format.
Then single documents are displayed in the predefined format.
