Welcome to the course website "Manager for virtual learning projects in Europe in the area of working with senior students".


Introductory Course
It has been a Grundtvig introductory course, which lasted from June 15th to July 31st, 2006. It has been devided in a 4 week online-course about the "Technical basis for virtual learning" (TvL), a presence phase from July 16th to July 21st at Ulm University and a third stage focused on post-processing and review of the learned material over an Internet forum. It has been intended for those who wish to apply the new information and communication media in seniors' education. It focused especially on virtual learning via various working platforms.


Here you find the access to the course website "Technical basis for virtual learning (TvL)".
The TvL-course is an example of leading seniors to technical possibilities of learning via the internet: how can mailinglists be used, how can documents be attached to emails, how are chats and discussion forums operated. Some examples of elearning projects are discussed as well.
