Brain is removed. You can see the stn (big nerve the middle), which splits into the 2 sons (lateral nerves), the OG (anterior to son/stn junction) with the ivn which was formerly connected to the brain. On the lateral side you can see the CoGs (Commissural ganglia).
The bright thick tube at the bottom of the picture is the arterie which contains the STG.
