First joint meeting of the CRC 1074 and 
CRC 1149 with guest professor Ron Taylor, University of Virginia, USA (in the middle of the photo). His key-note lecture addressed “Cytotoxic mechanisms of immunotherapy: Harnessing complement in the action of anti-tumor monoclonal antibodies” bridging principle immunological responses in leukemia and trauma. Both CRCs are involved in collaborative efforts with Ron Taylor’s lab.
