In addition to teaching and research, the Humboldt Centre also regularly offers events for the city public in which the theory of science but also philosophy and socially relevant topics are to be brought from the Eselsberg into the city.
The most prominent example of this is the annual Ulmer Denkanstösse. However the annual lecture series Theory and Reality is also open to interested guests.
