Cellular (Mobile phones GSM, UMTS, LTE)
Employees of the University of Ulm can obtain a cell phone contract for official use at the expense of their institution or institute. For this purpose, the state of Baden-Württemberg has concluded a state framework agreement with Vodafone and Telekom (as of 01.09.2022). The official mobile phone contract is applied for online at the kiz. We provide information on the exact procedure and costs below.

Application modalities
The required mobile phone contracts can be applied for online at the kiz. To do so, follow the instructions on the page on the framework contract for mobile communications (uni-internal only).
Fee / charge
For each contract concluded, the charges incurred on this contract will be debited to the assigned cost center in accordance with the selected voice tariff and the selected data option. The concluded contract is valid for at least 12 months. The exact conditions can be found in the framework contract for mobile communications (only uni-internal).
Note: Access partially only within the campus network.
