With immediate effect applications for individual funding of projects within the Clinician Scientist Programme (rotation positions, leave from clinical work) can be submitted. The goal of this programme for young scientists is to help them start their own research projects that enable them to achieve the previous work and publications that are usually required to successfully attract third-party funding.
The Medical Faculty will (partially) finance up to six rotation positions.
The Clinician Scientist Programme is established for a period of 2 years with the option of a further extension period of one year (evaluation by the Research Committee of the Medical Faculty).
Successful Clinician Scientists of the Clinician Scientist Program have the opportunity to acquire material and/or personnel funds within the Bausteinprogramm for the 3rd year of the CSP (Module 3.2CS). Detailed information can be found on the homepage of the Bausteinprogramm.
