The Baden Württemberg Stiftung gratifies a research grant to support our interdisciplinary research project entitled Attention-based Segmentation and Reconstruction of Macromolecular Structures in Electron Microscopy Data. Together with researches of the department of electromicrostopy of Ulm University, we will investigate in attention based learning strategies. We will use deep learning as method to enhance the reconstruction of viral particles.
