After you have received a reply to your application and accepted your individual job offer, your application becomes an employment. You can view these appointments under the menu item "My appointments / Meine Anstellungen".

For each job you will find a progress bar with 4 steps*. In this way, you always have an overview of the current status of your employment. In addition, the employment also contains a list of the documents you have to submit, the tick symbolises whether the document has already been submitted or not. You will find the documents under the respective link.

* Step 1: Appointment process not yet started:
The appointment will be started by a responsible administrator after he/she has added the documents you have to submit.
Step 2: Documents not yet submitted:
As soon as all documents have been submitted by you, the process moves to the next step.
Step 3: Employment contract must be signed:
Once you have signed the employment contract, the hiring process is complete.
Step 4: Employment process successfully completed.
