Working time record system (AZN)
The AZN portal can be reached here.
In the AZN portal of the SGI, auxiliary staff can have a template for working time documentation generated and upload completed working time documentation.
After logging in, you can access an overview of current contracts, edit them, delete them (the uploaded files are retained for a period of 2 years), have a template (csv file) generated and upload a completed template (pdf file).
Please note that the AZN only saves the last document for each contract.
Previously uploaded working time documents are deleted when a new one is uploaded.
