The International Office provides a wide range of advice and assistance to international students / doctoral candidates. It is also the liaison office for the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service), the Fulbright Commission and the British Council.

The Graduate Council(Promovierendenkonvent) is the representative body for graduate students at Ulm University. Newly established in 2015, it supports the interest of doctoral students and provides assistance and counsel. Its representatives are annually elected by all doctoral students. You can subscribe to its mailing list to get regular updates.
The Career Service’s purpose is to support all students at Ulm University in their career development. It hosts a broad array of career-related events, which prepare students for a competitive job market.
The Gender Equality Portal offers information on support programmes, training opportunities and advisory services for female scientists and students. The measures aim at the implementation of the constitutionally demanded equality of opportunities for both women and men. One main goal is the removal of existing disadvantages for female scientists and students. Female young researchers can apply for various funding opportunities.
