Mind Matters: Staying Balanced While Studying Abroad
Studying in a new country is exciting, full of new experiences, and sometimes a bit challenging. This month’s Coffee Hour focuses on wellbeing, balance, and coping with the ups and downs of student life in Germany.
Our guest speaker will share helpful insights on managing stress, staying motivated, and taking care of yourself during busy study periods—especially during the winter season when many students feel low on energy. You’ll also receive practical tips on building healthy routines and finding support when you need it.
As always, we’ll have coffee, tea, and snacks ready for you, along with a relaxed atmosphere where you can meet new people, share experiences, and feel part of our international community.
