German Language Course B1.1

The basics are in place, and now it’s time to make your German more fluent, precise, and versatile. This course supports learners in taking their language skills to the next stage — for academic life, everyday situations, and future career opportunities. B1.1 is the point where simple communication grows into confident expression.

Confident in everyday German

With an expanding vocabulary and greater accuracy, more complex daily situations can be handled with ease. Whether it’s searching for an apartment, attending a medical appointment, or dealing with administrative tasks, typical scenarios are prepared and practiced so they become more manageable step by step.

Language for studies and work

At the B1 level, German becomes increasingly relevant for professional and academic contexts. The course focuses on structuring information clearly, expressing opinions, and participating actively in conversations. Learners practice how to contribute effectively in meetings, seminars, and group discussions.

Understanding texts and expressing ideas

Reading and listening skills are strengthened to better understand longer texts, news, and conversations. Written expression is also developed: short emails, simple reports, and structured descriptions are created and refined together.

Communication that connects

The core of the course is the ability to speak more spontaneously and coherently. Discussions, role‑plays, and interactive tasks encourage more fluent communication and build confidence. Strategies are introduced to clarify misunderstandings, ask follow‑up questions, and express personal viewpoints more convincingly.
