Language Course

In a relaxed and motivating learning environment, participants’ existing knowledge of German is systematically expanded. The course offers the opportunity to gain greater confidence in using the language step by step – through practical, varied lessons and plenty of opportunities to actively apply what has been learnt.

Building on the fundamentals of level A2.1, vocabulary is expanded, listening and reading comprehension are refined, and your ability to express yourself in everyday situations is consolidated. Typical communication situations from university life, work and everyday life are practised, making spontaneous conversations easier and breaking down language barriers.

Interactive exercises, short projects and everyday dialogues ensure that learning remains varied. At the same time, helpful strategies are taught to support the learning process and make it easier to use German in everyday life.

The course is aimed at anyone who wishes to improve their language proficiency regularly and continuously and who would like guidance on their journey towards using German with greater confidence.

Especially for master students!

Master’s students with little or no basic knowledge of German (A2.1) are welcome. The aim is to communicate more confidently in German both within and outside the University.

We’ll be using the textbook and workbook ‘Momente A2.2’ (Hueber). We’ll provide you with the books free of charge!

And, of course, we want you to enjoy learning German during the course.
