Mainly for Master's students!
This workshop covers topics such as:
- The origins of (harmful) stress
- Causes and warning signs of burnout
- Healthy ways to handle stress
- Tools for preventing mental overload
- Effective relaxation techniques
In addition to theoretical input, you'll continuously apply what you learn to your university life. For example, you'll analyze your main stressors by examining both external sources of stress (e.g., balancing studies and work) and internal ones (e.g., perfectionism or people pleasing), as well as your typical stress reactions. After learning how to manage stress in a healthy manner and create balance, you'll adapt this knowledge to your personal situation. You'll reflect on how to use the strategies to address your external and internal stressors, identify activities that help you find balance, and plan how to integrate them more actively into your daily routine. Additionally, you'll learn effective relaxation techniques.
