Speaker Biography:
Roland Ngole is the founder of AchieveTheVision Global, a multi-award-winning international speaker, author, vision expert, and part-time lecturer. As a student, he came to Germany alone—without family, connections, or a large bank account—but armed with vision and determination. That vision helped him overcome the challenges of learning the German language, pursuing his studies, and juggling various part-time jobs to support himself. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration and a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, with experience from eight international companies across diverse industries. Roland has made it his mission to help people realize their visions and aspirations to achieve the highest level of success possible. Roland has delivered inspiring talks at over 30 German universities, organizations, and conferences both within Germany and internationally. He has mentored many students and young professionals toward academic and career success in Germany
